libboost-fiber-dev software package provides cooperatively-scheduled micro-/userland-threads (default version), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libboost-fiber-dev
libboost-fiber-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libboost-fiber-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libboost-fiber-dev *
You will get with libboost-fiber-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
